💖 WhO is Bad Gal?

Bad Gal is a one-woman creative brand & Nails are the medium,

The core purpose is expression, confidence, within wearable art pieces.

Everything from design, painting, packaging, emails & booking...

is done by me - Sabz.

One set of hands, creating intentionally with love.

💖 Who is Bad Gal for?

Anyone who wants nails that feel personal

and for someone after the ultimate accessory.

Loud/soft/quiet/maximalist/minimalist.

You don’t have to fit a box!

We make our own boxes here.

📍 Where is the studio?

A private studio in Brighton, Kemptown.

The full address is shared after your booking is confirmed.

👯 Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Ideally No,

Appointments are one-to-one to keep the space calm, focused, and safe.

🌿 What are appointments like?

Relaxed and slow or fast and funky, you pick.

You can chat/ stay quiet/ co-create or simply take time for yourself!

There is no pressure and I will adjust the vibe accordingly.:)

🎨 Do you copy nail designs?

No. but I can interpret and create sets inspired by other artists,

unless specifically requested,

They will be tagged to the work accordingly / I prefer to use reference photos for energy and mood, not replication. Every set is custom to you.

🎨 What if I don’t know what I want?

Totally normal so please dont panic! For lower art levels, bring a colour, item of clothing, vibe, or inspiration picture, OR nothing at all. we’ll decide together!

For more complex art, I'll need to plan ahead, so send me as much inspo as you like, spam away.!

This insures the best outcome from every appointment.

🎨 What is Creative Freedom?

Creative Freedom means you give me space to design instinctively.with full control at a lower cost for that level of art. We both benefit!
You give me a direction/ mood or feeling and I take it from there.
These sets are often the strongest because they aren’t restricted by exact instructions and the freedom enables stronger creative direction.

🗓 How do I book?

All appointments are made online through the booking system. To join this sytem please fill out the waitlist form.

🕒 What if I need to move or cancel my appointment?

Please give 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations after this window may be charged due to lost time and preparation.

⏳ What happens if I’m late?

Late arrivals may lose design time or may require rescheduling. Fees may still apply.

🎁 Do gift cards guarantee an appointment?

No - bookings still depend on availability.

💅 Are press-on sets refundable?

Press-ons are final sale - they are custom-made and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

💅 When can I get a refund or replacement for press-ons?

Only if:

The item arrives damaged
You receive the wrong order
There is a production fault

💅 Can I get a refund if my press-ons don’t fit?

No, sizing mistakes are not eligible for refunds as this is customers responsibility.
Please order a sizing kit or measure accurately before buying. :)

📦 How long do I have to report a damaged or incorrect press-on order?

Within 48 hours of delivery.
Send photos of the set + packaging and your order name/number.

💳 What resolutions are offered if something is wrong?

Depending on the issue:

Replacement
Store credit
Partial refund
(Full refunds are rare and only at my discretion.)

🎁 Are gift cards refundable?

No. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

🧼 Will my nails last?

Although my nails are built to last,,,

Longevity depends on lifestyle, nail health, and aftercare.
You’ll receive aftercare guidance... following it is your responsibility.

🧼 Do you offer repairs, replacements or fixes for free?

In some cases yes! Message me and we’ll assess based on timing and cause.

📸 Will you take photos of my nails?

Possibly!

photos may be used on my website or social media unless you request otherwise during your appointment.

If you have any concerns, please feel comfortable to voice them to me :)

📸 Can I use your nail images or designs on my own page?

All artwork and imagery belong to Bad Gal.
Replicating or using designs commercially without permission is not allowed.

📜 What am I agreeing to when I book or purchase?

You acknowledge that:

Bad Gal is a one-woman business
Cancellation windows must be respected
Press-ons are custom and final sale
Sizing is your responsibility
Artwork remains intellectual property
Bad Gal is not liable for wear, application, or lifestyle-related damage
