How do press-ons work?
Each set is handmade using professional gel products and customised to your exact sizes! They’re applied using nail glue and are reusable, making them perfect for switching up your look whenever you want.

How long do they last?
• With nail glue: 1-2+ weeks
Longevity depends on prep, lifestyle, and how gently they’re removed. :)

What comes with my order?
Every set includes a full application kit:
• Nail glue
• Mini buffer & file
• Prep wipe
• Cuticle stick
• Application & removal instructions

Do I need a sizing kit?
Yes, for fully custom sets, accurate sizing is essential. Incorrect sizing is the main reason press-ons don’t last, so this step is strongly recommended.

Can I reorder in the future?
Absolutely. Once I have your sizes, you can reorder any design without purchasing another sizing kit unless your natural nails change or you alter the shape of the nail drastically.

I’ve never worn press-ons before, is that okay?
Of course. Your order includes beginner-friendly, step-by-step instructions for application and removal. Always feel free to contact me with any questions!

Can I get replacements?
Yes. Single nail replacements are available if one is lost or damaged. Pricing depends on the design, just send your size and order details.

All press-ons are final sale. Refunds only if damaged or incorrect. Gift cards are non-refundable. Full terms available on the Refunds & T&Cs page.

Apply a sizing kit nail to each finger and find a snug, flush fit

The nail should sit sidewall-to-sidewall without pressure

Record the number written on the back of the nail (0–11)

Repeat for both hands — fingers are often different sizes

Send your measurements in this order:
Thumb → Index → Middle → Ring → Pinky

Tip: If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size. I can file down for a perfect fit. Please note this on your sizing form.
To get the longest wear from your press-ons:
• Avoid water and oils for 1–2 hours after application
• Wear gloves for cleaning or washing up
• Apply cuticle oil daily around (not under) the nail
• Avoid using nails as tools
• Store in a cool, dry place away from heat
• If lifting occurs, try and dry under the lifted nail with a hairdryer first, then add a tiny drop of glue and press firmly. Only do this 1/2 times before full removal and reapplication (to avoid greenies).

Proper aftercare keeps your nails secure, comfortable, and reusable.
Processing Time
Each set is handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 working days, depending on design complexity. Rush orders may be available but please message me before purchasing to confirm this.

Sizing Responsibility
Accurate sizing is essential. I can’t refund or remake sets due to incorrect measurements. If unsure, please purchase a sizing kit first.

Design Variations
All sets are handmade. Minor variations may occur due to nail shape and artistic interpretation. This is all part of bespoke work. :)

Returns & Refunds
For hygiene reasons, press-on sets are non-refundable once created. If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos.

Replacements
Lost or damaged nails can be replaced for a small fee per nail. Please message me on instagram!

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, with prices calculated at checkout based on current carrier rates.

Dispatch begins once your press-on set has been handmade and completed.

📦 Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

❗ Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a parcel is delayed, Royal Mail (or the selected carrier) must complete their full investigation period before it can be considered lost.
Once a tracked order has been shipped, I’m unable to offer refunds, but I’ll fully support you in resolving any delivery issues.
1. Prep your nails
• Push back cuticles
• Lightly buff the nail surface
• Clean with the prep wipe (included)

2. Apply adhesive
• Nail glue for 1/2+ weeks wear

3. Apply
Add glue to the press-on. Apply a small bead near the cuticle base of the press-on and press firmly. This will transport glue through out the nail bed without excess leakage. Press firmly for 20–30 seconds.

4. Avoid water
Avoid water for 1–2 hours to allow the adhesive to fully set.

5. Removal
• Soak in warm, soapy water. with some drops of cuticle oil or even olive/coconut oil! (wipe nails with reaming prep wipe to remove any excess oils.)
• Gently wiggle until loosened.
• Never force or rip off this damages natural nails

A clear production fault is present before use

To request a resolution, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
